My boy is going to be 13 years, and my daughter 10 years of age...

BTW, do you know if 1949deal.com would declare "personal gift" and lower price in the shipment note, to try to avoid or reduce my custom duties, like on eBay?
This sounds like an issue you should privately raise with 1949deal, not here. I would not expect any seller to do such a thing, but maybe you'll get lucky.
