Well, to be honest, changelog looks too good. And firmware version deviates too much.
But never say never, wait a little bit more. I hope you'll get the correct link soon.
Im little sceptic about Android version 4.3 and base build 1.0.9 because kernel version and build date is same as in factory ROM 1.0.1
