It is a software issue.
You have to replace some xyz.so files located in lib/lib64 folders of custom rom.
You have to replace them with the xyz.so files of stock rom.

I have rooted my device. I can replace the files directly from stock Rom into my root root folder.
Can you just tell me the name of the files which are to be replaced to fix this camera issue?

STEPS :
1) Unpack the system.img of stock rom
2) Unzip the custom rom zip
3) Replace the xyz.so files
4) Zip once again the custom rom
5) Install the custom rom zip via twrp
But you did not tell what are those .xyz files?
Can you please name them.

the stock rom of your phone is Lollipop 5.1 by Socrate
Instead, the "custom rom" is Marshmallow 6.0 by hanuma50
Then, the "custom rom" with focus bug is the Marshmallow 6.0 ... right ?

Yes,you got it right.
The Marshmallow 6.0 is the one having camera focus issue.

It is very strange that hanuma50 made a mistake (focus bug).
He is a celebrity on the net.
However, the hanuma50's rom is not a custom rom.
You cannot replace the xyz.so files
It is because the hanuma50's rom is flashable via SP Flash Tool
On Windows OS you can unpack a system img but you cannot repack it
You need Linux OS to repack onto system img
I will replace the files onto system.img
Then, I will upload the system img and I will post link here.
