There are a lot of problems of this kind with Note 3 clone from ALPS. Star, Ulefone, Goophone, HDC, Bluebo, whatever.

I have that very same problem with my Note3 Ulefone N9002.

I did not find a solution, not with any ROM, neither with a Backup...
I already buy a touch for replace. I'm waiting for it to come.
