Kindly assist/advice how to Root Alcatel A7(5090i)

OS     Android 7.0 (Nougat)
Chipset Mediatek MT6750T (28 nm)
CPU     Octa-core (4x1.5 GHz Cortex-A53 & 4x1.0 GHz Cortex-A53)
GPU     Mali-T860MP2
Internal 32 GB, 4 GB RAM

I have TWRp From ZTE Blade A2 Plus

The ROM Files are in a unknown Format he;p so that i make TWRP for Phone

The only solution is to find a similar phone (similar technical specifications and same OS version).
Then, look for the twrp and try to port the twrp.
