I am looking for a method to gain root access to my HTC Desire 12+ whose details are:

-Model: HTC Desire 12+ Dual Sim (BREP_DUGL)
-Running on Android 8.0.0
-Build: 1.08.400.8

I have tried Kingoroot, One Click Root, etc but no success and it seems there is no TWRP support, for flashing zip files, at the moment.

Please help!
