If you require or want CWM instead of TWRP in the RTM 4.2.1
• Download ROM and follow tutorial from [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register], except:
• Download [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register] and extract.
• After loading scatter, click on "recovery" and point it to the CWM recovery
