Hi guys I have a Samsung GT-I9502 MTK6589 I have tried every tutorial on here to get it to connect to my computer so I can use it with MTK Droid tools. But I have had no luck. The PDA driver installed successfully, but when I connect my phone to the laptop MTK Droid tools does not recognise my phone.
Any advice is welcome.
Try uninstall the Pdanet drivers and use the other auto driver install pack in that tools forum. Most of the time, the Pdanet are very good and easy, but sometimes must use a different method. What OS are you using?
Hi thanks for the reply. I am using windows 8. But I also have a desktop running windows 7. I will try your method and report back.
Hi I have tried your method but still no luck. its weird because the root tool I have used picks the phone up no problem after installing these drivers, but MTK Droid tools still won't recognise my phone?
