I have it but still think Swiftkey is nicer. If only that the comma is its own button and not in a menu opening when you long-press the period button.

The comma has its own button if you disable the voice input key.
The last thing I'd worry about with a keyboard is comma having it's own button. Pressing for 1/300th of a second gives the comma. Much less if setting the long press to shorter (mine set to 185ms).

I find the most irritating thing about Google keyboard is the lack of special characters on the normal ones. Having to make 4 button presses to make an '=' or a '[' is infuriating. At least include them in the long press '.' Still, this is the keyboard I use and I bide time until they come to their senses Hands
