after i disconnect the phone from the PC:
Connect BROM failed: S_BROM_CMD_STARTCMD_FAIL(2005)

and it says:
The device attempted to power on before SP flash tool could flash files to it

Did you try to hold VolumeUp while connecting? Also try VolumeDown
