I bought a X23 phone from WISH.COM and was using it since May, 2019. 
My wife like that and want to exchange with me with her Samsung Note 5. 
I factory reset the X23 phone. After factory reset phone I insert her SIM card in the phone. As soon as I start the phone, its asking me the PRIVACY PROTECTION PASSWORD. The phone is not going anywhere (means towards home screen).
 
Please advice me what Can I do. Very thank full to you.

Sounds like reset password was made... She doesn't remember setting it?

I guess you've tried the original sim?

I tried original SIM and last pin i was using but no luck.
I tried to contact with customer service on wish so I can contact with seller, but no response from wish.com
