Well, i think i've found a.. Bug, or something..

1. Fm radio active (listening music)
2. Active messenger on background
3. Open facebook's web page on boat browser.
4. Messenger recieve message (notification warning)
5. FM RADIO SHUTS DOWN

try again with the stock web browser, NOT BOAT browser.
it's probably like third-party apps can't work together. ;)
or one of your messenger's (or even maybe facebook app) is trying to enable voice chat. so it automatically disables other audio related apps.
