I believe Oem is the exact same phone as the original just without the original companies logo slapped on it.
A clone would be a phone that looks like the phone but has completely different parts.
For example... the mlais mx69 pro and h9008 are clones of the Samsung note 3.

Thanks lookylooky for your reply. So how oem should be the same if they are made by different companies? There should be difference.

There are two possibilities. Either the phone is manufactured by another company having the same hardware and shape OR mlais is manufacturing for them without their logo. But the former looks to be the case. And if it is manufactured by some other factory then there will be hardware difference of quality. We should know as to who is the actual manufacturer?
