For most phones, it's pretty hard to shut off particular frequencies. It's a different procedures for each of the different SoC. Your best bet is to see if your carrier offers that information somewhere... or look for devices with 850/1900mhz. As far as I know that would be H9008, Mlais MX69T Pro, Mlais MX65 and Mlais MX69 Pro. There are other devices as well but you have to track them down. I think Huawei has a few devices with 850/1900.

As far as finding accurate specs, your best bet is to figure out the manufacturer website and use that information there, you just gotta navigate all that chinese.

Yea somebody on this forum was having an issue with a Mlais MX69 Pro with the 1900 band not working and didn't get it resolved even though its advertised from MLAIS as having both so I'm a little hesitant to purchase any Mlais until i can find someone confirming they both work. Thanks for the reply
I ordered a Mlais Mx65 so I will be able to confirm that device whenever it arrives. I did see that user with the MX69 Pro without 1900 band but that wasn't the only unusual thing about the firmware he was running. Only one way to find out. XD
Mlais mx65, nice. I was looking at getting that about a month ago but the short battery life of the mv69t pro kept me from pulling the trigger. Let us know how the phone works out for you. Hopefully the battery issues was just with mx69t pro and the mx65 can win me back.
Yes please let me know when you get that phone, im getting tired of using my POS galaxy ace
Yeah, no telling what the actual battery capacity will be.
Also I was told that Mlais had a battery shortage so it delayed shipment of my device.
Although everything is on track for it to arrive tomorrow. I'll be sure to post back my findings.

Yup DHL called me and said it will be here tomorrow.

Fucking DHL gave me the wrong package... Walking cane instead of a phone GG.

They came back gave me device...
So I got my Mlais MX65 yesterday. Bands are 800/850/2100mhz. Even though the box list 1900mhz. The one I received doesn't have it in mobileuncle. I'm seeing if it is just a bad batch or the device never had 1900mhz. Battery life hard to say.. but seems to be close to as advertised. Battery reads :

MX65
3.7V 14.06Wh
4.2V
GB/T18287-2000

Supposely 3800maH.

In the process of seeing what the deal is with the 1900mhz missing. Ill keep yall posted.
Lmao , why can't anything from china be as advertised.
Yeah, I will have them personally test anything they send me from now on. I already had to return two devices. Much i4 and Tianhe H8 because they lied about the specs. I'm out $434.44 with those two device. I cant wait to have to return this and add that $332.59. Apparently USPS takes forever to send items back to china. I have to wait like a month to do returns.. and no way to really track the package.

The phone is amazing though. This sucks. I'm hoping to get a replacement.
Yea and it costs a ridiculous amount to ship anything back to china with tracking. I ordered a game on eBay, the Item location showed it was in the USA and that it was new original. When I got the item it was a burned copy and it was shipped from China. The game cost me around $30 with free shipping, in order for me to get a refund of my $30 I had to ship it back and the shipping back cost about $30. I didn't care though I sent it back so at least the seller wasn't going to profit from it (I think some sellers in china know it costs a ridiculous amount to ship back, so they can get away with screwing people like that) so I sent the item back got my refund and the seller didn't even end up picking up the package it came back to me a few weeks later as unclaimed. They could have saved me from shipping it to them but the seller insisted it be sent back to get the refund. Which leads me to believe that he thought I was not going to ship back because of our high shipping costs.

Sorry about going off topic guys.
