Where can you find this widget? I want to have one but I cannot find in the stock music widget list.
I suppose you press and hold the widget on the lock screen, then the "remove" bar comes out and you can drag the widget there to delete it.

Try this,when you see lock screen,dont unlock,just slide left or right,then touch and remove that you want.

I do not know how you put the widget on the lock screen? have used another app lockscreen? go to manage apps and stop and uninstall this application, and see if the widget disappears from the lockscreen,and if everything is ok, you install it again.
