I bought a cell clone S4 that has these characteristics:
  ja3g MT6582 (mainboard = universal5410.

Can you tell me if there are any ROM for this mobile and how to install?

seems to be a generic clone, so i dont think you will find a Rom for it.
interesting though and worth to mention / it really seems to have a quad core 6582.. which is unusual....

usually they have dual core cpus..

can you test with Antutu the score?

The MTK 6582 is a Quad core - the 6572 is a dual core.
