All of the stock ROMs and many of the custom ROMs don't have HDR functionality. This parameter mod will give you HDR capabilities with the stock camera.
What to do- [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]
- Extract to SD
- Navigate to /system/lib with ES Explorer or similar
- Rename libcam.paramsmgr.co to libcam.paramsmgr.co.bak
- Copy the new parameter file to /system/lib with ES Explorer or similar
- Reset. Bam, you should now have HDR

The link is fine. Please try again. If still not working, wait a couple hours and try again, it could be a DNS issue with ge.tt and wherever you're at.

WORKS!!! Thx Thx Thx!!! I had to enable in properties the right permission for the file.
KitKat camera app available at Playstore gives the more precise app for camera, and that app also includes HRD option.
I liked that KtK camera because it is easy to use when taking own pics from back camera (8MP)
