2)flash the original stock rom

I have done a factory reset...Nothing.
Can i flash the stock rom through CWM or does it need SP Flash tool?

Personally (but it is only my opinion) I suggest you to flash the stock rom with SP Flash Tool ... but you can do whatever you want :-)
