This is for unpacking single images such as recovery.img, boot.img. Not for extracting entire ROMs. The tutorial is already there. Drag the image onto unpack.bat to unpack. Drag folder to pack.bat to repack.

Your zip is incomplete.
Looks like missing some application (bin/sfk166.exe, cpio.exe and others apps) and without him your script .bat not working
You're 100% correct @igpetru . I've replaced the previous download link with a new one. Big thanks for the heads up.
This works for boot.img but all the rest give the line The system cannot find the file specified.
The appropriate folders are created but there is nothing in them.
