Download, install and run [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register] tool, connect your phone with usb debugging active, and click on restart ---> recovery.

You could also install the "Android Root Toolkit" app onto your device und Tap Reboot Options -> Reboot Recovery. This will let you flash your roms independent from your PC..

i did every thing the problem is just when i want to enter to the recovery ...it shows ...a dead android logo with the red sign

Next tool, better if you don't want solve problems with activation of Android Toolkit is "Nexus root kit" [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]
After installation choose any of Nexus phone in first box and ANY in second box.
Warning that is not downloaded TWRP click on Cancel.
Your phone must have checked USB debugging. Connect phone to computer and select notification on it in "Connect as" - choose MTP (maybe PTP) or change to USB storage and back on MTP.
On main window of "Nexus root kit" at part "Advanced Utilities" click "Launch". In next window click on "Reboot Recovery".
Phone screen has been darken in a while and phone will restarted to recovery .

thx for the replay...even manually with buttons..it shows a dead android
and i tried with many programs..itis the same thing ( a dead logo android) i have 4.2.1 ..i got it 2 days ago

Looks like the recovery image may be corrupted. You could try flashing in a new recovery and then booting into recovery.

The dead Android is usually what you see when you have stock recovery installed and try to enter recovery.
What happens if you press the power button once after seeing the dead Android?
