yesterday i have got this E-Mail from FCT Support

What i think is they don't have stock. They didn't updated on their website.

thus you ordered and now they have to ship , but they don't have.

Better you take refund and try to buy from any valuable online store.

I have to agree here. The most likely story is that they couldn't get the V3.
