Hi . I've tried install to install a CFW on my s4 clone u star 9500 but i've failed .. And now my cell is brick ... Help please ..

Is your phone the Star N9500? You will need to flash the correct ROM for you phone.

Yes my phone is star N9500 with CPU MT6859 .

If I'm understanding you correctly - it's CWM, not CFW.
Try to factory reset. If you can't boot into recovery, or if a factory reset doesn't fix the problem then you need to flash a stock ROM made for your phone as Wuddawaste suggested.
