I got my Note 3 MTK6582 abt 3 weeks ago, and now this little beuty have beguin to loop in the start seqvense.
I have tryed all my knowlege to get around this problem, without success.

So my question is: Is there any files I can copy to the SD card, and get the phone to read and maby start normally agn? New bootloader or so?

I have limit access to the factory meny "power & vol down"
"Auto test"
"Item test"
"Test report"
"Debug Test"
"Clear eMMC"
"Version"
"Reboot"

but i get the green R2D2 robot with open stomach and a red trianlge abowe when i start "power & Volyme up"

I'm a completly newbie to Android, so any help is welcome Smiling

Cheers
Peter
When you see the Android with Volume up and power:

> Let go of the two buttons after Android bot shows > Press power button again and let go of power button

That may take you to recovery where you can factory reset.

How did the problem start in the first place? It just started doing that for no reason, or you tried to put some new ROM?

Thak's for answering.
Nothing hapend. The robot is still there. I Can't power off the phone after the menues is on the screen. I have to take out the battery.

This symptom happend after i have use the flip-cover, to get the time on the screen. Many times under one day. I use the phone clock onboard a ferry to know when it was time to leave the habor Smiling
And after the workpass was over, this hapend. No ROM, or other stuff.
The only thing i have use is the usb cable, to load the battery Smiling
No diffrens. The robot is still there.
When I go in under "version" it say: TouchPanel (null) so my guess is that one or more file is missing.
I use my phone with the flipcover, and when I open and close the flip, the phone clock shows up, and I use the clock under my workingpass, and after thet, this happend. No ROM or other kind of updates......
Sounds like you will have to find the correct stock firmware for your phone. It can be difficult for a no-name brand clone.

No offense intended, but you will be much better off getting a popular, branded China phone from a trusted seller next go around. Don't take it the wrong way. Just a friendly suggestion for the next time you're ready to purchase.
Tnx's.
I did purcase this phone from a wellrecomended seller so it's no problem
to send it back. It was only a chance i took to se if i culd get my phone back on line, witout sending it back to China. But maby it's the best way to do in my case.

I have chat with the seller, and It's no problem to send it back for a checkup and reflashing, so the problem Is solved Smiling
have you tried reflashing the rom in ur phone/
I wouldn't call sending the phone back to China a very good resolution to the problem. Definitely not one to smile about anyways.

I think you missed the point of what Khonshu was saying. If you had a popular phone, you wouldn't have to send it back to the seller for reflashing because you'd know what the correct ROM was.

But since your seller seems to know, why not just ask the seller for the download link to the correct ROM?

No, I haven't.
This is the information the phone show in the version sceen:

Kernel: 3.4.5 (root@android)
Gcc version 4.6 x-google 20120106 (prelease)
Android ver: Alps. JB5.MP.V 1.6

I don't know if the phone give me acess via the usb cable to do an reflashing.
My guess is that i need the accurat files on the SD card to boot from?

I can ask the seller abt a downloadlink, but they sleep right now.
