It's just been posted 2 hours from the time I write this so it's fairly fresh.

Anyway, do you think it's the real deal? I havent received my device yet so there's no way for me to test this or anything. maybe you can give it a look?

Yes, this is valid. Though there is newer 4.1.2 software for 7500+ (AKA MX56) just released 3 days ago. I'm having an issue with the drivers being detected properly, but I'm working on getting this done today. Will confirm or deny sooooon I hope.

Also, the english translation for the root procedure i've stumbled upon is kind of difficult to understand for me. I hope you can enlighten us about the final working procedure as well..
