power button + volume up but I turn on the phone.

i have a hero h7500+.

Try pressing volume + first, then power button very quickly after... Then hold them both about 5 seconds.
Is this confirmed to work with zp810 ?
Hey Saafi,

Yup, this will work with zp810. The MX56 / zp810h / Hero 7500+ are MOSTLY all compatible with each other's mods/fixes/ROMs etc.. Some people are reporting some issues with applying fixes and patches, but this is likely due to applying them to ROMs the patch/mod wasn't meant for, not due to a difference in brand.

Make sure it's for the proper ROM / ROM version. Example, I tried applying a 4.1 CWM recovery on JB 4.2 and soft-bricked the phone. Some mods are no problem, for example the 4.2 Jelly Bean camera should be able to be flashed to any phone and any version of Android.

Assuming your zp810 phone comes with 4.1.2, this will work no problem.
Has anyone tried to install the recovery on Zopo900H and has success?

Thanks
mfli1212, it should work no problem. The 950 full ROMs are compatible.
900 should be too, but I haven't tried it myself. Please report back.
Hi Gizbeat

I tried out your tutorial and everything worked fine for me up to that point of choosing superuser.zip in recovery. I have a caesar a9600 and my recovery is shown in chinese or some other kind of language. Is this normal and is there any way to change the language in recovery so I can locate the superuser.zip to finish?

Hey AMV,

I just downloaded CWM recovery linked from the tutorial and tested it out. It's in English. Are you sure you're not pressing vol down? If you press vol down, that will bring you to an engineering / test menu in Chinese.

Thanks for the reply
By mistake I have been pressing down the vol down button. Now I tried several times without hitting the vol down and just the vol up button + power but my phone won't enter recovery. I also tried different ways of hitting the buttons.
After a few seconds it shows the caesar logo and then there's a black screen. I have to remove the battery to be able to restart my phone. I tried the whole procedure from the beginning. In flash tool the download works and i get the green circle but my device is shown with yellow exclaimation mark in device manager. is that maybe causing some issue that recovery won't start?

hmm... well if the green circle is showing, it should of flashed properly.
1) When the black screen shows, have you tried hitting the soft keys and/or the power button?
2) Is the phone booting okay if you don't try to enter recovery?
3) What version of Android are you running?
4) Do you have access to a stock ROM for backup?

1) Just tried it. There is no respond from the phone. And i just saw if i just leave the blackscreen alone for a while phone boots up normal.
2) Phone is always booting without a problem
3) I am running Android 4.1.2
4) No i do not directly have access to a stock rom

I found a rom from ZOPO ZP900H in the xda forum. And it is compatible with Caesar a9600. When pluged in my phone is also shown as ZP900H in device manager. I'm just not so sure if it is a stock rom
