Hi

In peeking into the all the good deals offered by the companies linked to this forum you may come across phones that offer 3G as
TD-SCDMA

which apparently stands for ‘time division synchronous code division multiple access

roughly translates as only good for China networks not any where else

2) So for 3g lovers you are looking for WCDMA

which apparently stands for Wideband Code Division Multiple Access

3) 2G is GSM

which apparently stands for Global System for Mobiles

4) 4G in Australia is out of my price range but may be called LTE

which apparently stands for Long Term Evolution

but then rival technology means providers start adding names and so it might be easier to show link

hope that helps
It would only take the reseller seconds to simply list the countries the phone works in, example not a US phone,

Or list phones by country, US phones, UK phones then no mistake is made by customer, not everyone knows what the frequencies in their country are. If phones are listed by country, or a note in ad about what country the phone works in, that would help a lot of people.
Maybe

User selects country, but I do not know how accurate it is.

For example I know that my company is a reseller of a larger company and so the link might mislead.
Coy A uses 900/2100 while mine is Coy B uses 850/2100

I can name the companies but any how thanks for responding so quickly
850/2100 works but 850/1900 is best for my area.
