Sarcasm is allowed. Especially if aimed in a playful or friendly manner.
Sarcasm that is aggressive, excessively negative, excessively rude, could be construed as hurtful, or excessive/negative sarcasm just to release your own frustrations is not allowed.
Its the job of the moderator to determine which is which. If you've found a post that you feel falls into the latter and believe the moderator missed or needs to take another look at, please click the report button.
Off-topic:
In regards to off topic, some threads depending on different variables may go off topic.
Threads are allowed to meander, if including but not limited to, the reply is not a sudden jumpstart into a complete different realm and/or has some value, but can't be easily split off. This is especially true on long threads.

We have worked hard to choose sponsors who we feel will be of benefit to the community and provide the best customer service available in relative terms. Our sponsors have served thousands of CPA users and at the time of this writing, we can count the complaints on one hand. That's pretty damn good.
Our first priority is the customer.
