restored NVRAM but stil no network
changed the imei to original but still no network

That nvram only included .bin. Should have .tar too.

What does it say at imei in settings info? Have imei # there?

Have you tried flashing back to stock ROM?

Are you sure SIM are inserted properly?

Have you tried manually searching and setting the network in Android settings?
