Hi,
2 days ago I "played" with my H7500+ phone and probably I messed something up.
My phone is rooted and I entered in engineering mode, did something, don't remember what, and since then my 3g connection is OK but the internet speed (download) is 0.01 Mb, until then I had 4-6 Mb, upload is 0.02 MB.
I checked the speed in different places and I got the same thing.

It should therefore come into Engineer Mode (MTK) -> Network and select Selecting GSM / WCDMA (auto) instead of "WCDMA preferred". Of course, you must restart the phone. The improvements are sensitive.

Im not sure if you have managed to sort this but I would recommend re flashing for rom/factory reset and starting again. Remember to back up your data.
