I have backup my ROM because it's very laggy. Anyone can do my ROM better and smoothly for me (and the community of my phone) ?

PS: I have A131MW_NBS[2014/03/29] when i dial *#3322#

I have the same cell phone (iphone 5s) as clone, I didn't make backup and accidentally replaced the build.ini and now doesn't start the mobile. When i try to open it stays on the logo.
What can I do now?
I've looked for ROM but I haven't find anything to suit.
Any help accepted.
