hi, i have Doogee DG550, if I root the phone ... can I use the App2SD to move apps from "internal memory" to "phone memory".
This phone have 16GB, but only 1,48GB are internal to install the apps, 12 GB are "missing", i cant use this memory to install apps
And ... for this MTK6592 phone, how to root? witch MtkDroidTools?

It is not missing, it is phone storage. You can change it by changing the EBR partition info. See tutorials section for this.

You can move some apps to external SD.

Use option 3 with framaroot to root Doogee DG550. It should work.
