I flashed the original last 4.4.2 firmware from cubot website, but there is problem with that. This firmware have bug with flash light LED. I tried flash back old firmware, but I lost my NVRAM backup, so I have no IMEI (. Is there some way how to get NVRAM? Official firmware does not contain NVRAM.
Can anyone backup NVRAM for me?

yes you need to be rooted.
if youre not, try using mtk droid tools. (but im not sure if it can be done)
but just click on the imei button and type in the numbers and restore
