i cant flash custom rom on my phone because its cwm is in chinese
and when i root my phone its not work corectly
supersu is installed but not work
anyone can help me ?

Please see the tutorials in the in the tutorial section on how to build CWM and the roots in the root tools section.
Also, make sure you are holding the volume button the right way and not going into factory mode instead of recovery mode.

Also try to do it in the corrrect order.
Normally the order is
A) root the device
B) confirm root is working
C) put custom recovery on
D) install a full ROM that works with custom recovery

If you have windows you have extra options as you are not restricted to just
CWM or TWRP type full roms, some ROM builders may use flashtools
-----altho it depends on the phone.
