hi, walboer.

Did you follow the tutorials in this forum? What issues do you get with Droid Tools, Flash Tool, and Mobileuncle?

What version of Droid Tools are you using?
Did you get root shell permissions with the root button at the bottom?
Is the backup portion of Droid Tools grayed out?

I have using droid tools 2.30, telephone information is at the left like mt6592,android 4.42 and more and button is green with shell permission
and every button has grayed but at the right has no information like connected
with android debugvice in device(empty)when I do back up it does nothing, and droidtool 2.5.3 is not connecting
The problem might be the version you are using. Droid Tools v2.5.3 supports MT6592 devices, I don't think v2.3.0 does.
When you say it is not connecting, does that mean the program is constantly asking for you to connect your phone?
Does the phone show in Device Manager under COM ports?

Uninstall that particular instance in USBdeview, and all other instances of the phone. Uninstall drivers from Control Panel as well. Reboot your computer.
Re-install drivers, start with PdaNet drivers (recommended by Gizbeat). Do not install multiple drivers, try them one at a time until you find one that works for you.

My phone is every time connected with yunos acb interface
must I also have pdanet + on my phone?
And Droid Tools still does not recognize the phone?
Does the phone come up in device manager?
Have you tried the other drivers? What OS are you running on your PC?

No need to install PdaNet on your phone.
