Well got recently this phone and started messing with it the rom that comes with it didnt get much attention i guess all im trying to do is flash a rom that goes ok for Greece you know modem settings UI languages and so on.....so any ideas about compatible roms would be apreciated...my bigest prob till now was to install cwm...

I recommending doing everything you can to determine the actual brand name and model number of the phone you bought. If at all possible, only install ROMs made for your specific phone. What problems are you having with the stock firmware?

Well contacts dont work properly,menus and apps are available only in english,over all i have battery heating problems poor wifi performance,low in call audio VERY slow performance overall for its specs.

Plus not to mention that when i try to backup the rom with mtk tools it says that the phone has unknown partition configuration.

i think whoever cooked the current rom was in a great hurry.

The stats reported i guess are fake cause simple reason if 1 gb ram is reported and you have 32 mb available with only the basics loaded something sure isnt right.

this is looking more like a spreadtrum CPU than a Mediatek

2) That would explain the partition info being unknown to mtk droid as its not a mediatek

3) as soon as you know its a fake.....start complaining loudly to the seller to ask for a full refund.

well its not a mediatek after all but are there any decent roms for this?IT IS a spreadtrum so how do i make it less painfull that thing travelled 2 months to get here...Any good roms for that?

Have you confirmed your specs indicate a fake?

if so, try for a refund first.

Hey, I have just picked this same phone up from [snip] and looking to do some modifications

I desperately need a copy of the original Contacts.apk and ContactProvider.apk including their .ODEX files, as I have accidentally removed my own and I am struggling to get any alternatives to work. The are found in System/apps
