When I flash android 4.4 in my iNEW V3 EMEI and Basdband lost,try to fix with any ways but not work. I decided to flash 4.2 back but boot loop problems (try to flash 4.2 with 7-8 ROMs )
How Can I fix this ,please help.

The baseband will be lost because it wipes the Imei numbers from your phone when you flash the 4.4 rom, they should be on the sticker under the battery and you can re input them

the phone works slot better with 4.4. You can use mobileuncle mtk tools to do it as well.
