See the MTK Tools forum might be a good start. There is a driver pack there with all known drivers.

But know i have a bigger problem ..
I just trying to flash the rom to my inew v3 with sp flash tools ,
But i flash wrong scatter map file.
I made a scatter file of my stock rom with MTK droid tools yesterday.
And i flash that blank scatter file
Now :
I my phone is dead
maybe hard break ,
I cant power on or charge my phone or boot to recovery ..
I can do nothing ..
When i plugged in my phone to pc , pc can detect my phone.
Do you know what should i do?
Can i flash a stock rom with right scatter file at this time?
Please help me...

Always use files provided ...
If your pc is detecting when you boot, You will be able to restore it
Download a stock rom, 1.0.8 for example , select the scatter that comes with rom
Make sure everything is selected . Choose upgrade mode with spflashtools.
Click download. Now plug your phone into pc without battery and it should start flashing .
