Use the stock ROM or try a different ROM that has the camera working for your phone. Is going to be your easiest option.

Use your backup... Or look at needrom. This is one of the problems with most clones. Not always easy to find exact ROM because of so many clones out there.

I think you can ask seller about the firmware, because if your phone have not brands, you can't find the firmware in the website. if not hardwave problem, update firmware can fix it.
