then i use mobile uncle to install custom recovery in order to update my JHO 17.0 firmware to latest miui .. when i want to reboot to recovery it just skipped to boot to the os.. and then lost the signal and lost the internal and external storage ...

A fastboot rom will let you unbrick any xiaomi phone. Go to the MIUI forum and look for instructions.
