- First problem is that my system is read-only and i can't root it, someone know how to solve it?
- Second one is that my wi-fi just find the APs but when i try to connect it stays at: "OBTAINING IP ADRESS..." status.
- Third is that i can't change settings from GSM Only to GSM AND WCDMA (auto). So i can't get 3G ON...
- Forth is that when i connect my phone to MTK Droid Tools it gives me this errors:

Someone help me, please. I really need it working

No, it was working before i try to flash another rom. I've made a backup of mine rom but it's not functional -_- So after many trys i've got this working, but with these bugs. :|
So maybe it would be wiser to post the original specs of your phone instead of the incompatible ones?
At least it would avoid confusion....
I did it already in the first post. "UNIVERSAL IS FAKE" was what used to be listed in MTK DROID TOOLS. The ones that i've posted in the fist post are the original specs.
Lets start with some basic information about your device.
A "Note 3 SM-N9006" is an actual Samsung Galaxy Note 3. That isn't helpful at all in determining what kind of device you actually have.
Do you know anything about the phone's manufacturer or the ACTUAL model number of the phone you have? It obviously isn't a Samsung. What is it? What do you know about it?
Also, what root methods have you tried?
Please forgive any hostility. It's just frustrating to continually have people buying garbage phones that barely work from fly-by-night no-name manufacturers. Without knowing at a bare minimum your hardware architecture, there's very little hope in ever finding a compatible ROM.
We as people really need to stop supporting these garbage fake manufactures, and instead put our money towards buying reputable china phone brands from reputable china phone shops. There's a huge difference between the two.
We are trying to help. That's why we are here. We're not paid. We're just a community of enthusiasts who all like to learn and help together. It's just hard to help with zero solid data to start with.
Hello! Thanks for your answer. Don't worry, i didn't take it as a hostility, you're right.
But i don't know the real manufacturer name or brand name, i've bought from a guy in my town Fortaleza in Brazil.
When i was buying it, it was pretty and everything, but when i've started to use it, it doesn't allow me to put on WCDMA mode, just at GSM, so just was able to work with 2G network ¬¬, and so.
Then i've tried to change its rom with a similar one. Even making a backup of mine one (the backup created just two folders: "system" and "nvram". So i don't know how to backup it up to my phone. Then i've started to try some similar specs roms, i've found one that is almost "THE SAME" as mine, but the exception is the VGA driver that isn't the same as mine. :/ So when i put this into my phone, it starts but with the screen bugged. =/
I really don't know how to find the brand name or something like that... Searched for it but no sucess.

That was the rom that looks the same as mine, except for the Build Date, that is: Build date UTC : 20140117-115437
And mine was: Build date UTC: 20140327-082420.
And the VGA drive that isn't the same as mine.
So we've got the brand, that is Star. But never found mine rom anywhere...

Sorry to hear your backup didn't work. It sounds like you did your NVRAM backup correctly, but you didn't know how to restore it to the phone. Gizbeat made a pretty straightforward video explaining that here:
