Houki, of course they will refund any charges, both shipping and import duties of the 2nd phone. I don't see you receiving 2 phones. I'm just giving you an unlikely scenario.

You can also do what Mirandam suggested. That is, refuse the shipment. However, if you could, please confirm it will be returned to the sender.
@aus9 I'm sorry, of course I meant accept, sometimes my brain goes way ahead of what I write....

However my intention is not to explain about the state of a package and whether this is reason to accept or not.

What I meant to say is that anyone who receives a package from a courier may refuse it, independent of it's state.
If someone sends you a package you did not ask for, or you simply do not want, you are in your right to refuse it.
In that case it will be returned to the sender at the sender's costs for both routes. That way you won't have to resend the shipment for return changing the address and paying for it. It saves you a lot of work.
And it this case I was referring to the case where @Houki would receive the second (or first one) after having received one already. As @Gizbeat says, an unlikely scenario, but possible as happened to me when I received a dress that got lost and was accidentally send to brasil, taking an additional 2 months to actually arrive at my home when I already had received the reshipment.

have a look at DHL terms and conditions, it says

Thank you, I have received the new tracking number. Glad to see it shipped out. I will definitely be more relieved once I see an update to DHL tracking status. Hopefully it clears customs without any issue this time, and maybe even have it in my hands by the end of the week.

I might have the same problem with the delivery. I have ordered an android 3D DLP projector. This is my first order from Gearbest and I really hope that everything will be ok.

I still can not decide if they are serious or not because the bad/good reviews about them are about 50-50% on the internet. So far I like them but let's see what happens next.
How long has it been since you placed your order? No word on it shipping yet? I hope all goes well. Keep us posted here, @valiv1985 .

I have made the order on 16th this month. I know there has not been too long since than but what worries me at the moment is their lack of communication. All started when I asked a question about their product and I have received no answer. After I made the payment I was contacted to confirm that I am the card holder and that was the last time I heard from them after they assured me they will deliver the products in a few days. I have opened a ticket and I asked them about the delivery because since then my order is still being processed although I payed for expedited delivery. Still no answer. I know this is a very busy time of the year but at least I expect from them to answer after 24 hours as this written on their website. I really want to purchase more products and don't want to trust all the bad reviews about them but first impression is what matters the most in a business. What is your advice? Have you encountered similar issues?
