Action video games bolster sensorimotor skills, study finds

People who play action video games such as Call of Duty or Assassin's Creed seem to learn a new sensorimotor skill more quickly than non-gamers do, psychology researchers have found.

I think this is fairly obvious. Of course the brain and body adapt, learn and grow according to what you do regularly.

For example, if you do 100 squats and pushups a day you'll be more likely to be able to hop a fence than the guy who eats potato chips and sits there playing RPGs all day.
