Hello to everybody,

Recently I got from my friend as gift, iNew V3 mobile phone which really looks great. Today I was playing little bit with this device, and in Antutu Benchmark tool I noticed that my phone have MTK MT6592 CPU (Octa core) and 2 GB of RAM memory, with 16 GB of NAND Flash.

I would like to know if I am safe to flash CWM Recovery, which is in fact created for iNew V3 Quad Core version with 1 GB RAM?

Any advice or tutorial is more than welcome.

Make a new CWM is what I would do. Its not hard. See the tutorial forum here.
