Back to your issue, have you installed pdanet drivers and enabled USB debugging? If not, you need to DL the ultimate driver pack in mtk general tools forum here then install pdanet

Ok, 1 step ahead: i installed the "Ultimate ADB USB VCOM MediaTek Driver Pack", and now MTK DROID TOOLS recognize the V3PLUS, but it still can't perform the ROOT (the temporarily ROOT that allow the backup with MTK DROID TOOL i mean). What's this pdanet? Do I still need it now that MTK DROID TOOL recognize the phone? Thank you.
Pdanet is the driver that is usually recommended. I thought you weren't rooted yet?
Like mentioned, you can't make a backup with droid tools if unrooted. You need to do a read back on sp flash tool. Then use droid tools to process the ROM

Full method here [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]

The author said to read back until before cache and user data. Not sure if you can do a read back of all

You're right, i cant make a backup with MTK DT if i'm not rooted, that's why the TOOL itself make a temporary root that expire after the backup process, so no SP FLASH TOOL operation is needed. But if MTK DT can't do the temporary root.....I'll try this READ BACK (no idea what you're talking about) with SP FLASH TOOL. Thank you for the help.

Ok, I've read the guide you mentioned: I'm gonna try, but....can you explain me something please? That procedure is usefull to make a CWM recovery by myself with just the scatter file and the readback??? So I understand reading the guide. Thank you.
Yes the cwm is an optional byproduct, and you get to make one specifically fitted to your phone
I am a beginner and I was unable to root my I New v3 plus. Can you explain the process step by step please?
Yes, I'd like to see that too. When I connect the (turned off) phone in SP Flash Tool, it just charges, nothing else happens.
I just succeeded rooting my device. For anyone else who gets into charging mode only after rebooting: it's very important to install the MT65xx Preloader drivers. You can find these in MTK_USB_ADB_Ultimate.rar.

Install them by removing the iNew V3 Plus battery, insert the USB cable. Then go into Windows Device Manager. There's a device with 'Preloader' in it, with a yellow triangle in front of it. Right click on it, look for the driver in MT65xx Preloader.

Now try this procedure again. It should work.

Big thanks to everyone who has been working on this.
I've tested this method on 6592 and it woks find buy now I'd like to root an 6582 phone. Just a question, did you use mtk android tool for creating recovery image?
This also did not work for me! Flashing seems to have worked (green OK logo),but the phone reboots when I select recovery...
I've afterwards rooted the phone with iRoot and replaced the iRoot superuser app with SuperSU app.
Hi guys, there's a new ROM available, called CXQ_V3A_INEW_V09. You can upgrade by running the OTA update from CXQ_V3A_INEW_V07 (not from V08).

This rom seems to be a bit faster than V07 and V08.

The root method in this thread (writing a custom recovery) doesn't work anymore, though. You can still root by iRoot but then you won't have the CWM recovery.
