I'm not sure. The standard ZP950H should work fine, but not sure about 16GB version. There have been reports about incompatibility, but there is no special 16GB version of firmware for the 16GB ZP950H, so it SHOULD work. Make sure you have a backup first and create your own scatter with MTK Droid Tools.

Sorry bud... No scatter file required. This is an SD Update firmware, not SP Flash Tool. Don't worry about scatter. Let us know if it worked out for you.
