There are literally hundreds and hundreds of different clones out there. Figuring out exactly which you have would not be a simple task. Also, it's unlikely there is any ROM available for it.

The phone has a value of about $40-50 and only has GSM (no 3G). I would not spend a lot of time trying to figure it out. I don't mean to sound harsh, but there are a lot of good phones available now for $80-150.
