My Bauhn 5" dual sim phone is soft bricked and I need help.

I rooted my phone to get rid of malicious bloatware, a week later it is now in boot loop.
I have wiped/factory reset no happiness.
when using sp flash and droid tools my pc does not recognise my phone.
using sp flash gui shows USB com 7 as connecting port but nothing happens.
I do not have a backup.
Your help would be appreciated
