I have ordered a VOYO A1 MINI tablet and when I recievd it it was installed Windows 8.1 with Bing then I wanted to format it and install Windows 8.1 Pro via USB, the tablet saw the USB disk but didn't boot it then I try to get it boot but when I change several bios settings the tablet didn't open again.Everytime when I pressed power button there is a lamp next to the camera was shining and disappear but after I brick it the lamp is shining always and the screen doesn't opened.It seems there is a problem with BIOS not with any other hardware parts please help me.
