I believe that first of all I must ask help to identify this tablet. I have tried running mobile uncle tools but all i got was its chipset (mtk6582) , manufacturer (I still don't know if its soaiy or alps) and other specs like screen resolution etc

I already deodexed its ROM using "All in one toolbox" and "Android Tuner" , removed all Chinese bloatware , installed cwm (its not working perfectly but at least I got the "android system recovery (3e)" which is better than Chinese recovery.

The problem is , I can't seem to run any Google app on it ; whenever I open Google settings , play store ,gmail and etc it automatically closes . Already tried all common solutions available in many forums / around the web with no luck.

If i try to flash any gapps package I receive the message "invalid its package missing scatter".
Also tried copying the falls content (unzipped) to system / app folder , no success also.
I'm sending pictures of the phone , if I guys can helpe identify it and solve that Google apps problem I'll be very thankful.

Ps: my guesses are something like "alps p801" , or "soaiy p801"

That phone looks like a clone - it's very difficult to get information about clones. It's even harder to get the stock ROM leave alone a custom ROM.

I'd tell you to seek help from the reseller. I think you might have deleted an important system component when debloating the phone. Looks like the only solution is to reinstall the OS. Where to get the ROM is the problem.

The phone isn't mine ; im a computer technician.
When I got the phone , gapps apks weren't working already. Debloat was a idea I got in case some security app was blocking stuff from running.

Debloating and removing all Chinese stuff I saw didn't solved my problem. I would install any custom rom if I knew wtf model is this ;P

Its strange. When I open play store it basically closes itself instantaneously. Same when I try to add a Google account.

I'm pretty sure its a clone - mtk droid tools points an fake 'mtk 8382' hardware. Its wrote on system properties "quard core"(lol)

I couldn't find a model like this one in aliexpess / alibaba (guessing about the model)
