Net is 'less free and more unequal'

Sir Tim Berners-Lee calls for net access to be treated as a basic right, following a report suggesting great inequalities online.

Very soon we won't have net neutrality to talk about anymore because money always wins - huge broadband providers are the ones pushing for a two-tier net and they have tons of money at their disposal as well as the promise of a lot more if they were to succeed. I just hope that the net will never be fully closed off to those unwilling to pay.
